Does life feel heavy, overwhelming or difficult to manage? Do you feel stuck? I offer a safe, supportive and confidential space to explore issues such as trauma, abuse, relationships and families, gender, sexuality, anxiety, stress, low mood, issues around death, and the impact these experiences can have on your daily life.
I work in a trauma-informed, inclusive, warm, compassionate, respectful and non-judgemental way, supporting adults of all backgrounds, identities and experiences both online and face to face in Chepstow, South East Wales (right on the border of England and Wales, close to Newport, Bristol and South Gloucestershire).
Fees are £60 for a 50 minute session. If you are on a low income, contact me to discuss concessionary rates.
Whether you’re coping with past experiences or current challenges, we can work together to make sense of what’s happening, help you cope, feel more grounded, heard, understood and supported.
If you’re ready to talk, explore what’s going on, or simply take the first small step, I offer a free 15 minute phone or video call so you can get a feel for me, ask any questions, and see whether counselling / therapy with me feels like the right fit for you. This includes:
